How do we charge?

We ensure that there are no hidden fees when you engage with us to look after your financial planning. You will be told exactly what the costs and charges are for our services, before we begin any work.

As professional Financial Planners, we charge fees and are not influenced in any way by commission payments from product providers.

For all new and prospective clients, we are pleased to hold initial discovery meetings entirely at our expense, and without obligation.

Having met with you at the initial meeting and confirmed that you would like to work with us, we will send you a detailed letter of engagement, which includes:

A summary of your current circumstances
Details of the services we will provide
The fees for these services, and how the fees can be paid

We will not charge you anything until we have received a signed copy of the engagement letter. This way, we know that you understand the services to be provided and the fees payable.
